“Staff came to me as soon as I pulled up, took details and told be what would happen. Waited 5 minutes for the bus to the airport. On return the return bus arrived within 5 minutes and set off back after 5 minutes. Arrived back, scanned the card given to me, and then opened the key locker for the key. All very straight forward!!”
