“Easy to use. Staff helpful when ticket wouldn't scan on return. Unfortunately we just missed a bus to the car park and had to wait 10- 15 minutes for the next, one of those things. Our flight was delayed 3 hours but no extra charges.”
“APH Drop and go is a very good service. It was a quiet day when we used them in December so was a very quick service. Collection of the car was equally as smooth. Our timing for the bus to the airport was perfect. If this wasn’t the case there was an in door waiting area. Much better than car park 5 and 7 shelters at the airport.”
“Just disappointed with a member of staff to had to charge me £20 for an extra day as I made the mistake of booking it from the 5th to the 12th January 2026 as I had arrived on the 4th as my flights were arranged from 4th till the 11th . I believe he could’ve adjusted the dates back to which I payed an extra day I didn’t use of Which was the 12th so can I be credited for this please

“Smooth arrival and transfer to the Airport. Return from the airport bus driver was a bit moody but rest was excellent even with the 56 hour delay of return flight.”
