“The last time I used APH Birmingham, it was the old Hams Hall car park. The new park is in a residential area, which without a sat nav would be harder to find.
On our return we didn't like the way you retrieve your car key and then have to find your car. We left the car park just before the 3pm just as the kids were leaving school. After 20 minutes we had only managed to travel 2 mile and after 30 minutes 5.
Unlike the Hams Hall park it just took 5 minutes to get to the M52 or M6.
Has for friendliness of staff, we didn't see an staff when we got back.”
