“APH was easy to find. The drop off process was quick and easy with someone there to meet you when you arrive. They give you a ‘ticket’ for your return journey in exchange for your car key. They show you where to wait for the bus and they move your car to the parking area. The buses to the airport run every 25 mins and the journey to the airport takes approx 15 mins . We were dropped off at bus stop A which was right outside Departures. For our return, we were told to use the same bus stop ‘A’ show the ‘ticket’ to the driver and the bus took us back to the car park. There is a key pick up point, scan the ‘ticket’ and your key is released from a small box and the screen tells you which row to collect your car from. The process is very easy to use and I will use again.”
“Excellent service as always. Staff are very professional and extremely friendly. Shuttle bus was spot on there and back, didn't wait long at all. Keys easy to pick up on return and we were on our way back home within 5-10 minutes.”
