“Really easy and straightforward process. Friendly staff. Improved process for collecting keys on return. Bit of a complicated route on the instructions from M42 junction but avoids risk of traffic delays. Definitely recommend especially because you can pay using Tesco clubcard vouchers!”

“Dropped car off, was given ticket with barcode, took the APH bus to airport. On return from holiday caught the APH bus back to APH car pack. Used ticket with barcode to collect keys with a tag which told me which row the car was in. Collected car and drove away. Simple, efficient and no problems.”

“When we arrived at the APH Mackadown Lane the drop off process was very easy. My keys were taken by a very polite member of staff and the return process was explained. Waited about 20 mins for the courtesy bus to drop us at bus stop A, Birmingham Airport, which is where we’ were collected also on return.
On return to collect my car I just scanned my ticket which then informed me of where my car was parked and what key box I needed to open. All in all a very simple process, would definitely recommend and use this car park at Mackadown Lane again”
