“This seems a good system. However, when we returned from the airport, the computer system to collect our car key had crashed as a previous customer had not shut their locker door. This meant we had to wait in the cold (it was 2.30am) until staff could fix the problem. Staff were helpful and sorted the issue as soon as they could.”
“I always use APH BIRMINGHAM. Unfortunately, this time the return transfer was not good for myself and my wife as we are both disabled and were told to put our suitcases on the high luggage rack, which I found very difficult. Also the disabled seats were all full with a chap with a pushchair and some younger travellers that clearly were not disabled. It is for these reasons that I cannot recommend APH Birmingham, and shall be looking to park elsewhere on my next visit to Birmingham airport.”
