“Short run advertises as having on demand shuttles that will arrive when you need them. This is stated on all of their confirmation literature. This needs to be amended as it is not true, you have to wait for shuttles. It is also misleading as their confirmation email states upon arrival back to the airport you should call their number and advise them when you are at the allocated bus stop. However when you ring the number it tells you all operators are busy and shuttles will arrive regularly. Again, this is misleading information and should be erased/amended and they should not advertise as providing on demand shuttles as this is a USP they do not deliver”
“Great service. Car paked and shuttle but to airport in less the 20 minutes. On return only had to wait around 8 minutes for return shuttle bus which dropped us around 50 metres from our car.”
“Easy to find great directions. Bus was there waiting and got to the airport within 4 minutes. Car looked in a safe area. Easy collection for the way back we were asked to ring once at the bus stop but the bus came as we walked up to the bus stop. Can’t fault it. Great service.”
“We chose Airparks short run because it was a fat cheaper option when looking around.. Bus was ready waiting when we arrived, takes around 5 minutes to get to the airport. On return, we did have to wait around 20 minutes for the correct bus, as other air parks buses were coming in. Says on front of the bus which tickets are for which bus you need. Would definitely use them again for the price we paid! Absolutely no issues with the service”
