“Rang up for a disabilities parking space to be told plenty available just ask at the gate. On arrival no spaces available which I was told before I even finished my question. Was told to park in green row G which is near the bus stop anyway without knowing my disability. No spaces large enough for a medium suv for me to even get out of the car. End spaces overgrown with trees and nettles. Had to find alternative parking spot with husband having to drop me at bus stop first. Upon returning the bus drops you well away from the car so again I had to wait on my own for him to bring the car to me. No regard for anyone with disabilities and rude also to top it off. Will not use again. Was expensive to be treated disrespectfully. Wish I had booked our usual parking”
“Would definitely use again. I'm not sure if we were just lucky on this occasion but we didn't have to wait for a bus on the way to the airport or on the way back. Great service.”
“Nice sized spaces for a Nissan Juke,
Helpful staff
Bus operated regularly as described
Shame that incorrect info forwarded to site following booking completion”
“This car park is a nightmare to find via sat nav, no signs until you actually get to the car park. Worse still the parking is really tight and close rows so getting a large size car parked is really tough. Parking is on large size gravel areas, which if you have large suit cases are imposible to wheel on the surface, so you have to try and carry your cases to the tarmac road way where the bus runs through, depending where you park that could be upto around a hundred meters over rough ground.”
“Overall very good but my flight was delayed after Friday IT problems worldwide So I was over my time in the car park 5 AND YOU THIEFING SO AND SO MADE ME PAY £8.50 Thieves that's what you are”
“The directions to the carpark are easy, as is arriving and being directed to your parking row. The wait for the bus was only a couple of minutes (but can be upto 15 minutes)
The transfer to the airport is quick and drop off is directly outside the terminal.”
