“Didn't use service at all!! Due to strike by lufthansa Airlines, spoke with customer services who said would be in touch shortly, Now have sent me this to do a review of the service I didn't use after getting in touch and explaining why... We have not been allowed a refund or a credit note or to move the date. It is terrible that the flight was cancelled 14 hours before we flew.. This was out of our hands and now have paid £64 for parking we didn't use.”
“The bus took too long to leave the site and we had to wait over 15 minutes. We also had a problem finding the site as the address when placed on the google maps took us to a roundabout with Holiday Inn and no sign of the car park. It took us a good half hour to find the car park and was only when we placed the novotel in that we found the correct site. They ought to have a map of the car park with just the Novotel hotel showing on it as google maps does not take you to the correct site. Also it was annoying that we had to wait so long for the bus to leave as well.”
