“The service was great value (worked out at about £10 per day),and exactly how they said it would be. As we parked up we were greeted by a member of the team who checked the car over and explained what to do when we returned. While we were aborad on holiday I had a Mercedes phone notification that my car alarm had been activated. I messaged the company, and they checked the vehicle for me, and updated me that all was fine. (must have been a fault). When we landed back at Birmingham airport and collected our bags, I called the number they had provided, and they said the car would be ready in approx 20 minutes. The walk through the airport and across to the collection point was about 10 minutes and the car was there ready for us, with no problens with it at all. All round good service and we will definitely use them again.”
“I found the staff very courteous and helpful arriving late at night having had 'Special assistance' for my flight after major surgery. They even brought the car nearer to me by approx. 20 yards to save me the extra carrying of bags etc. Small things but 'great' when they are done.”
