“Emailed instructions need an overhaul - they state to get a ticket at the barrier entrance, but it is tickitless, also states to follow signs for maple and park in allocated maple bays. None of these signs or markings exist. Staff could do with some training on acknowledging and greeting customers.
That said it is a very convenient service.”
