“The meet and greet at the airport was good on arrival just wasn’t happy with the amount of mud that was on my driver side door and on my driver side floor when picked up after my holiday”
“Although the dropping off and picking up was excellent and ideally placed a couple of minutes from the terminal. I was not happy the state of the car when it was brought back. I understand it was parked outside but was covered in bird droppings. The drivers footwell was covered in mud on the cill and door jamb and the mats and pedals. After paying well over £100 I would expect a wipe down of the inside if it was parked in a muddy field.”
“Easy to find valet parking at airport and prompt handover. However on return at agreed time and having phoned from baggage reclaim we had to wait for 20 minutes for our car to arrive. Thankfully it wasnt raining! It would have been quicker to use a traditional car park”
