“Best off parking in the closer car parks as this facility is the same distance.
In return and calling when landed the communication is awful (phone was put down on me when asking information). When getting to the car there was mud on the wheels and on the car mat ! Was asked to hurry up and get our luggage in the car as they only have 15 mins grace (not my problem).”
“Car was not ready in return despite calling in advance. Had to wait 40 minutes, despite several Staff standing around. One of them laughed when another customer asked how much longer it would be. Very poor compared to previous and other meet and greet services.”
“We had a good experience however didn’t really feel like it was meet and greet, the walk to the terminal building may only be short but in the rain or cold with luggage - wouldn’t be pleasant. Car was looked after and no complaints other than that”
“Easy to book. Greeted by staff on arrival. Our return flight was 3 hrs late. They were very helpful and accommodated us and didn't charge extra because we had kept them informed. Have used them before and will continue to in future.”
