“Easy drop off but please sort out the collection. We had to wait over 20 minutes at 1am to get our car brought back to the car park.
You can track the flights and have the car ready one presumes.”
“On returning back to airport rang to say we have bags walked over to meet and greet no car not just ours but about 6 people waiting you have the flight details so why we had to wait was unacceptable it’s called meet and greet not meet and wait for 20 mins to get my car back, plus my middle console was opened I closed it when I dropped my car off. I don’t expect my glove box middle console to be looked through not happy with this service especially at a premium price !!”
“The concept is fine putting it into practice requires a bit more work. Drop off was fine. Pick up seemed to take ages and we were stood around in the car park waiting, despite having followed the instructions about ringing after we collected the baggage. If the cars are parked so far away from the pick up point then it's probably easier , and cheaper, to park off airport in the first place”
