“Drop off was not a problem however we called when we landed and was told to make our way to the collection point in 15-20 minutes, our car took more than 45 minutes in heavy rain for them to arrive. Would not use again”
“Great service, the phone lines were promptly answered and the car was waiting for us before we arrived to the pick up spot when we were collecting the car. Really easy peasy service. Loved it.”
“Terrible service. They didn't recognise our booking when we arrived, and they didn't recognise our name, reference number or car registration when we tried to collect the car at the end of the holiday. Despite having a confirmation email, they tried to pull a fast one by telling us we had booked with another company and would have to pay again before they would release the car back to us. We declined to pay again, and of course they then found our details. Avoid this company if you're looking for a stress-free meet and greet.”
