“Arriving at the meet and greet, after phoning 15 minutes in advance as stated, we were left standing in the pouring rain for half an hour before someone came to take both our cars. There was no shelter from the rain and was lead to believe that you drove in, dropped your car and left straight away. Instead we were stood outside in the rain, with the baby in the pram. When asking questions on what we needed to do next, the staff working there were unhelpful and had poor customer service. Finally on our return, we called for both cars at the same time and one came within 10 mins and we had to wait for the other one for 20 minutes. I would not recommend this service!”
“Just be aware that you will be waiting around. There is no waiting area, you just wait with your car and they eventually get to you. No waiting order. Where you park has a lot to do with how quickly you’re seen. I eventually had to go and get someone after watching people arrive after me get served sooner. Once they deal with you, very nice professional experience. Quick and easy from that point and a short walk to the terminal.
Pick up was not great either. You’re asked to ring when you’ve collected luggage, not before. I called as instructed and was told it’s a 20 minute wait. Not great when it’s less than 5 minutes to walk from baggage claim. Again, people that showed up after had their cars first. A combination of who’s closest at the time and those actually calling sooner than the bags being ready. Waited over 30 minutes in the end. No waiting area or facilities. Just a bare car park.
One last point which is the most disappointing. I had around £15 in coins in the central console. This was under other things such as packets of tissues and sunglasses case etc. It was also closed, so you would have to look for it to know it was there. Upon arrival home, I noticed about £3.20 was left, so someone routed through and then helped themselves. Not the best experience. I can tolerate wait times especially when busy, but petty theft is a reason for me to steer clear in future. 3/5 down to 2/5due to this.”

It wasn’t we had to walk 10-15 mins to the terminal.
On our return we got soaked! I phoned when I got our cases (as they told me to) and we waited 15-20 mins for our car in the pouring rain, it wasn’t good.”
