“I the drop off was very smooth, no issues at all. A minor note is that it asks you to call 15 minutes before arrival and to have your booking reference. Thankfully they only asked for surname and vehicle model which means you don’t need to pull over to call them.
The collection was a bit more frustrating. They say to call and allow 15 minutes for the car to arrive. It took over 25 minutes for our car to arrive which was a bit frustrating standing in the cold.”
