“Easy! Book, turn up and park 2 minutes later you're off to get your self booked in to go on your holiday. Once back and after you've collected your bags give them a ring and your car is waiting for you. Fantastic service.”
“What a shower from.the start. You phone.as directed when 15 minutes away to notify of your arrival to be spoken to very rudely. You arrive at the "Meet and Greet" to not be greeted at all while the employers stand around chatting!
On return you are told to call as.you clear your baggage, i did and I still had to wait 20 minutes for my car to arrive....after I got to the meet and greet! It should be called meet, wait and eventually greet.”
“It is a long walk from the terminal considering it supposed to be meet and greet.
We needed to cross 2 busy roads, with no pedestrian crossings and no dropped kerbs. This is difficult if you suffer with mobility, having to lift the suitcase up and down a kerb.
On return, we had to wait over 30 minutes for my car to be returned, it was late at night and just starting to rain with no cover to shelter under.”
“Drop off was quite quick and easy, however pick up not so good. We rang for the car to be returned and made our way to the collection point within the 10 minutes as specified. Over half an hour later after standing in a car park at midnight in the freezing cold with a 3 year old, the car appeared. This was what we paid the extra for to avoid!”
