“Terrible service. Rang on landing as requested and then got to the pick up pint and had to wait for over 20 mins for my car to arrive. No information giving and staff were unhelpful. Also the pick up point is further than the 5 mins advertised, has no baggage trolleys and is too small for the service offered.”
“Waited nearly an hr to have car dropped back to us, questioned and they said I hadn’t called yet you could see the call log on my phone. Stood outside for an hr with a child early hours of the morning. Expect more from a valet service”

I was advised when I phone in the baggage reclaim area my vehicle would be about 15 mins, by the time we claimed our baggage and walked to the valet parking area we had to wait maybe 5 mins
