“Nice simple process and staff were helpful . The only issue ( although it did not impact us on this occasion) is the 10 minute time limit to collect your car when you have called after leaving arrivals at Birmingham”
“The drop off at Maple Meet & Greet went smoothly. On the return had to wait nearly 30mins for my car to be bought back to the car park from where it was parked. I believe it was due to how many people were collecting their vehicles and it being rush hour in Birmingham. Good job it was a mild dry evening as there's no where to shelter. Staff were apologetic and polite .. sorry to say some customers weren't.”
“On return waited 1hr for my car waz told traffic waz busy that waz a lie because maple mini bus drove 3 times back and fore to take staff to get cars.”
