“Still disappointing to find the number plate isn’t recognised when terminating the car park, we had the same issues twice last year! Slightly annoying trying to get a hold of someone to raise the barrier at 1am, even chatting to them they said they couldn’t find our booking. Something really needs to be done to make it easier!”
