“I did not use the parking in Aberdeen because I was directed by my hotel to the APCOA long stay car park where I had to pay again for the 5 day stay I had already paid APH for. There was no indication that there was another long stay car park on the airport map so I had no reason to doubt the information the hotel gave me. A very expensive error.”

“Car was recognised immediately at the barrier on entry, male attendant was excellent, very friendly. He told us what to do then once we were parked up he explained to us how to get to the terminal. He chatted to us for 5 mind. On return the female attendant kept up the high standard we were now used to, very friendly, professional, approachable and helpful.
Both attendants are an asset to the company and a great display of how customer service should be carried out which is rare these days.”
