“Good to use a new car park so close to the airport building. There is a covered walkway for approx 80% of the way. Very handy in the winter.
The barriers are fully automated,using number Plate recognition.”

The info provided on the APH is incorrect in some respects e.g., the shuttle bus mentioned on the website does not exist. Only found this out on arrival. Also, the livery used onsite does not match that on the APH website. It's totally different. This is confusing and concerning for customers trying to be on time. The walk to the airport is very short and includes significant tunnel sections. However it is very badly (if at all) signed and the route close by hotel buildings makes it feel even more strange and unlikely to be correct. Parking is fine and the staff very helpful, but without their help I think this would not be a good experience when on way to catch a flight. Please get it fixed!”
“Good car park well located. Had slight issue leaving as plate recognition didn't recognise my car and my phone was dead. Fortunately one of your staff was on quickly on hand and immediately resolved the problem and I was on my way. Definitely use the car park again”
