“I bought this little doggy in his bed for my Mom. She lost her little doggy recently and is devastated. She is in her nineties. I bought her this so that she can cuddle and stroke him for comfort. So soft and breathes gently. Hundred per cent recommended ❤️”

“I was very disappointed it made a continual quite loud clicking noise, so we had to take out the battery”

“To be honest this product was not what I expected, I thought it would be soft and cuddly, but it's not it's hard and kind of mechanical. Not really dog or toy like.”

We are sorry to hear that our customer is not happy with their purchase. With regards to the Perfect Petzzz although many other places advertise the petzzz as "cuddly" , "soft", or "huggable", we specifically do not use these words to describe the petzzz on our product pages as we agree that they are not accurate descriptions of the nature of the item. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.
