“He’s fabulous. Birthday present for my Mum who used to have a cocker Spaniel. I’m sure he will bring her a lot of comfort”

“Customer Service and delivery excellent, can not fault at all, however not overly impressed with product. I was expecting it to be very soft however fur is quite wirey feeling. There is also quite alot of visible yellow glue on the white fur. Had this of not been a Xmas present I may of considering returning it”

We're sorry to hear that the customer was unhappy with the product. We also give our apology that the pet had glue on the fur. The glue is a known, but thankfully rare, manufacturing fault and we're always happy to provide a free return/replacement service with a very fast turnaround when this occurs. We appreciate that this isn't suitable for our customer on this occasion but if there's anything else we can help with our customer service team are always available.
