“I purchased this for my 91 year old mum. She'd been saying she wished she had a dog as she always had in the past. I really wasn't sure if this would work as a replacement but she loves it. It's also a great talking point and several of her carers have said they'd like one too! It's a shame you can't turn the battery off but I assume the power use is low and the battery will last some time (?)”

“although the dog looks very cute, it is heavy and very hard - my mum has dementia and commented on how hard the head was. On checking it, I noticed some sharp points, which would be quite dangerous if caught in the wrong way. Shame, as they look cute. I'm waiting to hear from customer services, so hopefully they will sort a refund out for me.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer is unhappy with their pet and that it appears to be faulty. The sharpness of the pet is not something we've come across before and we believe that this is likely to be a manufacturing fault. We've provided a free prepaid returns label so our customer can return this to us free of charge and we will investigate this further once the pet arrives back to our warehouse.
