“I purchased this for my elderly mother who lives alone. She has always had animals but could not look after one now. I looked at various animals and made the sad decision that any animal would be too much for her. As she is displaying early dementia I decided to look for products that could help her to relax. This dog has had an impact, she strokes it and says it is a comfort. The "heartbeat" is very realistic and fooled my sister when she visited her. All in all a very good product, it's a bit weighty at the bottom which does detract from the overall feel. It will never replace a real pet but it did have a positive effect on my mum.”
