“As other reviewers have said, just spend a few minutes reading and fully understanding the few set-up instructions. Having done that, it was very quick and easy to tune to the existing remote and everything was up and working perfectly within 5 minutes. I don't know if I was lucky but I then found that it operated both TVs in the house. The person it was for, a 93 year old, grasped the use of it straight away and has had no problems since, whereas she simply couldn't see or understand the remote that came with the TV. Excellent product - thoroughly recommended.”

Only minor crib it that we still have to use the main TV remote to switch it on, then the HandleEasy can be used for all main functions.”

“Remote itself is excellent BUT the instructions are AWFUL!! Please, please translate to non-technical language. No way could I interpret it, no dementia person could ever, and neither could I manage with those instructions. My husband is an engineer, he managed after some false starts. Just so not clear. Please change them.”

“excellent but for 1 thing. If your existing remotes can only select a channel with 3 digits it makes it impossible to set the 321RC to a default channel for when the users gets lost on the up and down buttons.”
