“At first I hung the clock on the wall but after a week or so for some reason unknown to me it stopped each morning. After removing it from the wall, disconnecting the cord and pressing the 'on' switch it went back to the correct time etc. It now stands on my cupboard and is not giving me any more problems. Despite this I am very pleased I purchased this clock which is helping me with my memory problems.”

“I’m more than satisfied with my daytime clock, I have Lupus and Fybromialgia which often gives me brain fog plus pain and chronic fatigue, I would be list without this clock now, I always had trouble remembering what day it was and would never know the date I had seen these clicks with white, black or wood effect before and was thrilled that I could get one with flowers I would highly recommend this product.”

“The display and information shown are very good but: 1. although the display is supposed to have an automatic night dimming function, if it works at all it does not dim the display nearly enough. 2. the clock or its transformer plug creates so much interference with a nearby FM radio that listening to it is impossible - a big disappointment.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer has had these issues with our clock. We have emailed our customer directly with a more detailed explanation than what we will provide here. The dimmer on all of our digital clocks will still make the clock viewable in the dark, and some customers will not be comfortable with this in the bedroom, it does depend on the individual. Unfortunately, due to the size of the screens, there aren't any digital clocks similar to this that are both viewable in the dark and only give off a very small amount of light. The interference given by the power adapters is something we're aware of and currently do not have a solution. If this will be a problem for our customers we would recommend contacting us for advise.

“Brought this for my 91 year old Mother for Christmas, gives my Mother all the information she needs day, date, morning or afternoon in a stylish frame. Looked a lot at different products but the reviews sold it to me. All I did was plug it in and away it went, no adjusting or reading set up for ages. Well worth the money”
