“The product codes can be a bit confusing it's called F1 on the machine but F8 on the website, other than that it is a breeze. Got it a few days later and the instructions to replace the filter were easy to follow. The old filter was filthy, it does an astounding job of keeping the air clean of small particles that float in the air in your flat.”

“The part needed replacing so we ordered it on the phone, confirmed on line, it arrived the following day. Changing the filters was simple and took only a few minutes. All in all the purifier is excellent and works very well, customer support and supply is excellent. It inspires confidence in me as a customer. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.”
