“The part needed replacing so we ordered it on the phone, confirmed on line, it arrived the following day. Changing the filters was simple and took only a few minutes. All in all the purifier is excellent and works very well, customer support and supply is excellent. It inspires confidence in me as a customer. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.”
