“Dear seller I bought the product last month, plenty of poor weather/ been busy since but finally installed it the other day. None of the poles are a snug fit with the sleeves/connectors. As a result there is some movement causing the swings to “rotate” when in use. This has resulted in my children colliding with one another whilst swinging. In summary the swings aren’t safe to use. I’ve had three people look at installation including a tradesman all of them agreed that it’s the equipment rather than the installation that is the root cause. I’m wondering if you have different sized poles for different equipment and whether we’ve received the incorrect poles for the associated sleeves. The difference would be 2-3 mm for a snug fit. We've tried putting screws/cardboard in the gaps to try and stop it from swaying (as a temporary measure) however this has made very little difference. We questioned whether the problem might be the wood shrinking during storage however for all five (including the central bar) to have shrunk uniformly would be a mighty coincidence. Any advise you can offer would be appreciated”

“The swing is great - very solid beams and it doesn't move much even though I haven't yet connected the (included) anchors. My kids have been swinging like crazy since I built it (2 weeks ago) One of the support beams arrived broken in 2 (presumably in transit somehow) but ActivityToysDirect sent a replacement, so I can give 5 stars for customer service as well! thanks so much [goes off for a swing]”
