“The building of the swing was relatively easy, however the wood was very cracked on delivery. In addition, once built the swing rocks side to side when pressure is applied, alongside a lot of squeaking. Worth having a chat over this product, as for the price paid it is not meeting expectation.”

“Order arrived on time however the wooden structure was split and when I asked if this could be replaced I was told that this is normal and that I could request a full refund but would have to pay for the Postage of £25. It seems once the company has your money then they are not interested.”

Good Afternoon, Splits in the wood are completely normal, all this was explained to you along with with in depth information sent via email. If you did not receive this we can resend via email. With regards to the collection as per our terms collection charges are the responsibility of our customer if the goods are not deemed as faulty. With all the dry weather we have been experiencing it is completely normal for the wood to be split and will not effect the structural integrity. Kind Regards, ATD

“would not have bought this if i had been told that wood would split like the swing i got was told after wards that most of the wood will split think it would be better to buy a metal swing i only wanted the top pole replaced”

“Great, sturdy swing arrived on my chosen date without any issues. My two girls aged 3 years and 9 months love it! The actual swing seats that come with it don't seem the best of quality, can't see them lasting too long (hence me giving 4*rather than 5*) but we are using baby/toddler seats bought separately due to their ages which were very easy to attach.”

“Recieved the swing very quickly after ordering. It was easy to assemble although do bear in mind that you need to set the feet in concrete which isn't specified. We used fence post concrete which worked very well. The only downside is that the length of the rope on the swing seats could do with being a bit longer. My 7 year old can just manage to get on. My 4 year old needs a step to get up & is then quite high off the ground. I would definately recommend this. Excellent value for money.”
