“The t hangs upside down on this necklace whatever I do to turn it the correct way up it always goes back to being upside down! I wondered if anyone else with a T in the middle of their name had this problem? The chain is also not the box chain I ordered from the photo on the website. When I complained about this they said an emergency change to the box chain has happened but the website hadn’t been updated. Also said the necklace will sit differently depending on movement however this doesn’t explain why it’s only the t that hangs incorrectly. Very disappointed but was offered an exchange which I took.”

“Tbh I didn't think it was worth the money, expected it to be heavier, it's more like costume jewellery overpriced for what it is, but my daughter fell in love with it so I took the plunge and bought her one for Xmas. It comes in lovely box which look expensive but the jewellery itself looks a bit cheap. Sorry but that's my truthful opinion.”

“I ended up having a customer service issue to take up with Abbott Lyon and I must say that the customer service I received was excellent! Very attentive, communicative messages helped resolve the issue fully. The piece itself is beautiful. I love it- I have one for me, one for my daughter and one for my granddaughter.
