“I waited over 2 weeks to arrive , if I had known how long this would have taken I definitely would have looked elsewhere, I received a different chain from which I ordered , no contact to advise this, was told box chain has been updated with a link chain due to problems with quality , but site still advertising box chain , was very disappointed with the attitude of customer services , I accepted the chain because I had no time to look for something else. I won’t be using this company again .”
