“Unfortunately th 'R" does not sit nice on the chain, it's constantly upside down. I can presume this is due to the weight at the top of the R is greater than at the bottom. The solution, I would have thought, this would have been done prior to them being produced, would be to use a thicker silver at the bottom, if it's not balanced it's never going to sit right.”
