“Very cute necklace that can be worn everyday. However, I was expecting the chain quality to be a bit better due to the price. I was also expecting the letters to be fixed so cannot move about but it is so hard to keep the letters the right way round and so my name never spell out as it should”

“The quality of this necklace is like plastic, silver is more dark grey and one of the letters on my custom necklace doesn’t sit right so when I wear it it’s upside down! Not worth the money.”

“Awful. Ordered weeks ago and can't any answer from delivery on when it's going to be delivered. I'm sure Abbott Lyon up hold the highest regard for there customers but they should really look at what courier services they use.”
