“I have returned my order on the 18th of October 2023 and sent two emails regarding my refund. Unfortunately to this day I have not received my refund or any compensation from you so I have to say I am very disappointed and will have to contact my Credit Card Company to get my refund back. I was looking forward to be your customer but it is very frustrating that I have to write so many emails and still not have my refund.”
