“Purchased this beautiful necklace for my mum's birthday and she absolutely loved it. The fact it's tarnish free and comes with warranty gave me confidence buying it as a gift and it came packaged beautifully which made it feel more special. We had an issue with delivery (on the couriers side) and Abbott Lyon were super helpful with helping us get it sorted, including following up with us to check it had arrived ok- customer support was brilliant”
