“Wife loved it. Really good quality. I had a couple of small issues which were quickly resolved. The courier left the parcel outside in the rain which meant the gift bag was ruined. They offered to refund me the bag or send out a new one. One of the stones was also missing. They were quick to send out a replacement necklace. Communication was quick and straightforward. Would buy from them again.”
