“I ordered two lots of birthstone necklaces with a bracelet for my granddaughters. They live in South Africa, I was able to give them to my son whilst he was in UK. After a few days, one of the hearts in a necklace fell out. I was offered a replacement necklace with the offer to ship to South Africa, which was very good service. However, it turned out once the package arrived in SA, my son would be responsible for any import charges & documentation. This was not what I was expecting so the necklace was sent to me, I will have to pass it on when he he is UK again. Very disappointing. I won’t be buying ftom Abbott Lyon again.”
