“Customer service was exceptional use them for all my jewellery and gifts to friends and family had a slight issue with the bespoke o it needed redoing so to apologise they offered to replace with another piece of jewellery free of charge while I wait for the piece I ordered to be remade great quick replies and was sorted within the first few days I contacted them will continue to use them again and can’t recommend enough”
