“I was very disappointed with the quality of the product considering the price point. I ordered the personalized name necklace in gold and when it looked like a cheap price you could get from Claire’s for $5 but instead it was over $115 for the two chains even with the promo going on at the time. One of the clasps was also compromised and my chain fell off. I do not recommend ordering from here given their pricing. Pieces are poor quality and worth $5-10 max.”

“I do not like this font. You can barely read the name and the letters are barely there. The only letter you can actually read with this font is the first capitalized letter!! It is extremely thin so be careful”

“Over all in the end I was happy with the product. Sadly the first necklace came with a fault. I ordered the extra long chain and it came with a sharp piece of copper linking them together. I was disappointed as the wait time for a customised pieced of jewellery was just over two weeks. And according to the email updated my order should have gone through quality checks before the item was sent. Customer service were very helpful and sent a replacement. Again this took another two weeks. For the price of the piece and the quality check it’s meant to receive I was quite disappointed. Again product I finally received was lovely and had no issues was just a shame it took such a long time to get it right.”
