“Nice piece of jewellery however it was an uphill struggle getting it delivered. The first necklace got returned to AL apparently due to me rejecting it. This was not the case I contacted AL and stated that no attempt to deliver was made but I was told to wait as it would be delivered within the 10 days following despatch. After emailing again they agreed that my initial order was returned to them as there was a problem finding my property due to the house name missing. on address label. (It was definitely filled in on their online form). I was asked to confirm my full address which I did and I agreed to await a replacement. I received a text via ~Amazon Logistics today confirming my delivery. I checked my post box and NO delivery. As luck would have it Amazon was making another delivery to my neighbour and on enquiring with the driver he stated that he had delivered it down the road leaving it on the doorstep as thats where his system pinged my address. He kindly agreed to collect and deliver my package to me. On checking the address label ONCE AGAIN DESPITE CONFIRMING my house name was missing. VERY POOR customer service. I would think twice about placing another order as their 'claimed' pre delivery checks as non existent !!!!! Very frustrated with it all !!!”
