“Sadly, although the 2 necklaces I bought for my daughters as their main Christmas presents are lovely I don't feel able to give a higher rating than 1 star as although they were ordered weeks before Christmas they turned up on 27th December. I'd suggest rather than blaming the courier you find a better system for following up order deliveries.”

“My package was delayed and I did not expect to receive it. Abbott Lyon did a good of job of tracking my package at the point where I assumed it was lost and I did eventually receive my gift, although not in time for Christmas.”
