“Really happy with this product and the customer service I received. After my first item was lost in transit they bent over backwards to arrange a replacement. As my lost item was personalised and wouldn’t be here for Christmas, they arranged a free product as an apology so it would be here in time to give as a gift. They went above and beyond so I cannot rate than highly enough.”
