“I had been considering buying the necklace for a while. Like the picture, I thought it would be delicate so I could layer with other necklaces. Unfortunately when it arrived the lettering was much thicker and edges sharper than pictures on the website and not at all what I expected. As a personalised item, a refund or even exchange wasn’t honoured, only a 10% discount. Extremely disappointed.”
