“Really lovely necklace. Very pleased BUT the delivery was slow. It took 24 days for it to arrive which made it too late for the birthday it was bought for. If you are going to order leave plenty of time.”

We know how important it is to have clear time-scales when ordering an item, particularly when the order is a gift for someone and is time-sensitive. We do try to make the wait time for the bespoke Name Jewellery as clear as possible on the product page, but I am so sorry if this wasn't the case in this instance! Thank you for your review x
