“Good company. Good customer service. BUT the choice of necklace is very confusing on the name products. I made a mistake and now have two chav looking chains on mine and my daughters necklaces. My daughter is 14 soon so she will use hers thankfully. Figaro is what I chose, it’s a stunning foreign looking chain, unfortunately I chose a different figaro so really gutted. Be careful when choosing the chain as there isn’t pictures for reference and there is more than one figaro. Other than that the name part is beautiful.”
