“I purchased a chain and gift bag that I paid extra for on 27.07.23 for a birthday gift on 23.08.23, but did not receive the gift bag. Very poor customer service as still waiting on a response as to whether I'm going to get the gift bag posted out or not. Tried a live chat a few times but never available.”
