“Do not pay the extra 10 pounds for gift wrap. The bag was tiny and not worth the extra money at all. Maybe if you were ordering lots of things the ten pound extra for gift wrap would be worth but they really need to look at their pricing and quality of wrap.”

“Terrible. No Gift bag included that I ordered and paid for. Necklace is for a friend who’s just had a baby hence the gift bag and it looks like this situation won’t be resolved by the time she gets her gift as Abbott Lyon are ignoring all messages. So disappointed. Shocking service.”
